Dr. W. Brian James is Manager of International Technical Service for Sales and Marketing for US based Hoeganaes Corporation. A PhD and chartered engineer, he is a fellow of AMPI International, fellow of the institute of materials, minerals and mining, and a fellow of ASTM international. He is also very active in the field of standardisation in connection with ASTM International, MPIF, and ISO standards related to powder metallurgy. He is the recipient of numerous other honours from, among others, the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF)
